Los Angeles is one of the biggest cities in the world with a total area of 38,000km2.
After being an example to the world its governors and people decided to expand it to encourage economic growth. As a result the city of New Angeles was created 150 meters above Los Angeles. This had unexpected long term resutls in Los Angeles as its permanent dark state attracted criminals from around the world.
Currently the city of Los Angeles is considered one of the most dangerous places on Earth and is home to criminals, mafia, drug lords, war lords and smugglers. People who could not afford to move to NA once its construction was completed also reside there and are mostly employed by criminals for dirty work.
Recently debates on whether or not the city should be demolished are ongoing due to the near ingovernabilty of the city.
